Wedding Receptions and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Events
Payment Information
- All reservations require receipt of a $1,000.00 deposit to reserve date and room.
- All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable due to cancellation.
- Payment must be paid in full 14 days prior to event.
- Final billing is based on the final count of attendance that is reported by you 4 days prior to the event.
- Glastonbury Hills Country Club accepts Master Card and Visa charge, and personal or certified checks.
- No dates will be tentatively held without a deposit.
General Information
- Wedding reception of 100-350 people.
- GHCC must supply all food and liquor.
- An extra half hour is $250.00 if possible and prearranged.
Ceremonies
- Ceremonies do not allow any additional time other then the original 5 ½ hours allocated for the event.
- Ceremony fee is $500.00
Beverage Service
- We are proud to feature premium brands of liquor.
- On tap beer is Amstel Light and Long Trail.
- Bottle beer is Bud, Bud Light, and Michelob Ultra.
- We can special order any non-stocked items with advance notice- additional charges will apply.
- Last call will not be announced prior to the end of an event.
Final Note
- Use of confetti; etc. will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- D.J. music must stop 15 minutes prior to the end of event.
- Live bands must stop playing a minimum of 30 minutes prior to end of event.
