Memberships For The 2008 Season   Glastonbury Hills Country Club is offering immediate placement for the 2008 golf season.  The golf course opens as close to April 1st as weather conditions permit, and golf play is available until November 30th..  Glastonbury Hills Country Club does require a NON-REFUNDABLE Initiation Fee based on membership type chosen..   GHCC is excited to offer a variety of membership options to meet your needs. We have Single, Couples, and Family memberships, as well as Social and Corporate memberships. We have three levels of initiation fees: $3500 for the Full and Corporate memberships; $2500 for the Associate memberships and $1500 for the Social membership. If a member upgrades his/her level of membership, the member is responsible for paying the difference on any and all stated initiation fees. For example, if a Social member upgrades to an Associate membership, an additional $1000 in initiation fee is due. If that Social member upgrades to a Full membership, an additional $2000 in initiation fee will be due. On the other hand, if a member downgrades his/her level of membership, there is no refund for the difference in the stated initiation fees. The initiation fee payment, along with submission of the membership application, is required. The annual dues will be billed when membership is accepted.

RESERVED TEE TIMES

The Pro Shop makes every effort to allow play on any given day, and scheduled tournaments take precedence at all times.  Reserved tee times are available on Friday afternoons, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Glastonbury Hills Country Club offers a full line of golf merchandise in the Pro Shop.  Our knowledgeable Pro Shop Staff is available to discuss the latest innovations in golf equipment, and to assist you with golf club grip replacement, game consultation and lessons.  Fashionable men’s and women’s golf attire, golf shoes, hats and gloves are always in stock.

SINGLE MEMBERSHIPS

Single membership entitles one person over the age of 21 the unlimited use of the golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and restaurant, seven days a week during the golf season.  Individual members may participate in tournament play, Men’s or Women’s Divisions, respectively, and may participate in all social events offered by Glastonbury Hills. 

 

Full Single membership includes green fees in their annual dues rate.  

Associate & Corporate single memberships are billed for greens fees each time they play golf.

Guest green fees are billed monthly in accordance with the current posted rate schedule.  Facility privileges are not extended to any children or dependents of the Single member.

COUPLES MEMBERSHIP

The Couple membership entitles one adult person over the age of 21 and their spouse the unlimited use of the golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and restaurant, seven days a week during the golf season.  Couple members may participate in tournament play, Men’s or Women’s Divisions, respectively, and may participate in all social events offered by Glastonbury Hills.  As a Full Golfing membership, no member green fees are charged to the membership account.  Guest green fees are billed monthly in accordance to the current posted rate schedule.  Facility privileges are not extended to any children or dependents of the Couple member.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

Family membership entitles the current family members of one household to use the golf course, restaurant, swimming pool, and tennis courts, seven days a week during the golf season.  Family members include the husband and wife and any unmarried children who are 21 years of age or younger.  Widows with children, widowers with children, and divorced persons with children living in the same household are included in this category.  Unmarried sons and daughters, up to 24 years of age, and regularly enrolled in an institute of higher learning or in the service of the United States Armed Forces, shall be considered eligible for privileges to the Family Membership. Family members may participate in tournament play, Men’s or Women’s Division, and may participate in the GHCC Junior Golf program, as well as all social events offered by Glastonbury Hills. Guest green fees are billed monthly in accordance with the current posted rate schedule.  Children 8 through 12 years of age may play golf with a parent, space permitting.  Children over 12 and under 21 years of age may play golf without parental supervision, with clearance from the Pro Shop, space permitting. The Junior Golf Program offers children age 5 to 17 the opportunity to learn the basic rules and etiquette of golf.  The Little Clubbers clinic introduces the game to our younger children, and the 9-Hole and 18-Hole groups offer our youth the opportunity to play all summer.  All children, age 1 through 21 years of age, may use the swimming pool and tennis courts, but must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian, if under the age of 14.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS

Social membership entitles the current family members of one household the unlimited use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and restaurant, seven days a week during the golf season. Golf, however, is limited to Monday through Friday (no Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). Social members have no golf privileges (driving range, putting green, and golf course) or may not play as a guest of any other member, on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

 

MONTHLY SPENDING REQUIREMENT

Glastonbury Hills Country Club does have a monthly spending requirement from May through October:  $150 for Family and Couples, $100 for Individual/Single memberships. Spending is limited to expenditures for CART RENTAL and GUEST GREEN FEES.

 

 

 

NO ASSESSMENTS

Glastonbury Hills Country Club is a privately owned facility, whose commitment to quality and service for the benefit of the membership, is exemplary.  The annual dues structure is affordably priced, and there are no club assessments for our members.  We welcome you to visit Glastonbury Hills Country Club and view our facility.  For an appointment to tour our club, call any time 7 days a week.
