Wedding Receptions and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Events
Payment Information
All reservations require receipt of a $1,000.00 deposit to reserve date and room.
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable due to cancellation.
Payment must be paid in full 14 days prior to event.
Final billing is based on the final count of attendance that is reported by you 4 days prior to the event.
Glastonbury Hills Country Club accepts Master Card and Visa charge, and personal or certified checks.
No dates will be tentatively held without a deposit.
General Information
Wedding reception of 100-350 people.
GHCC must supply all food and liquor.
An extra half hour is $250.00 if possible and prearranged.
Ceremonies
Ceremonies do not allow any additional time other than the original 5 or 5 ½ hours allocated for the event.
Ceremony fee is $500.00
Beverage Service
We are proud to feature premium brands of liquor.
On tap beer is Bud Light and Long Trail.
Bottle beer is Bud and Michelob Ultra.
We can special order any non-stocked items with advance notice- additional charges will apply.
Last call will not be announced prior to the end of an event.
Final
Note
Use of confetti; etc. will incur an additional cleaning fee.
D.J. music must stop 15 minutes prior to the end of event.
Live bands must stop playing a minimum of 30 minutes prior to end of event.
